Creative Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop design ideas and concepts that meet business objectives of our company 
• Work with the Creative Department to generate ideas for pitching and proposals 
• Manage multiple projects for concept through completion 
• Provide quality control over projects
• Work well with the accounting, editorial and marketing departments 

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma in Mass Communication, Visual Arts or Marketing
• Able to manage and organise a team well 
• Produce quality work under pressure
• Hold responsibility for project completion under stipulated deadlines
• Possess creativity and originality
• Friendly, positive and motivates the team 
• Strong communication skills 
• Utilise Adobe Design Software 
• Passionate about designing and advertising 
• At least 1 year working experience in related fields
